Anthony Daasan birthday was on 26 April 1977 (age 46 Years) and was born in a small village Reddipalayam located at Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India. He grew up in a musical family and started learning singing from a young age and performed in stage shows.
His father was a disabled Nadaswaram musician. He was married and his wife’s name is Reetha who is also a folk singer and stage performer. The couple has 3 children (son & Daughter).

Career
Antony started his career as a stage folk singer in his village, He used to travel to different places and perform traditional songs and act on the stage.
In 2007 he received a chance to sing for film song for the first time. He made his debut in kollywood for ‘Dindukallu Dindukallu‘ song from Dindigul Sarathy movie which composed by Dhina.
After a long gap of 5 years, Santhosh Narayanan identified him and gave him an opportunity to sing in his music. He crooned his voice for ‘Kaasu Panam‘ song from Soothu Kavvum film in which he featured for video song.

After his impressive voice spread across the industry, he got an opportunity to sing for lots of movies. He sang for some popular films including Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam, Jigarthanda, Aambala, Meyaadha Maan, and more.
He performed for top music composers of Kollywood including Santhosh Narayanan, D. Imman, Anirudh Ravichander, Sean Roldan, Hiphop Tamizha, and more. Antony has sung more than 100+ film songs in the Tamil language as of 2022.
