Rinku Singh was born on October 12, 1997 (age 25 Years) in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. His father Khanchandra was an LPG delivery man and his mother, Vina Devi is a homemaker. He has two siblings – Jeetu Singh (Brother) and Neha (Sister).
He is a ninth-fail and could not focus on his studies as he was dreaming to play for his country. After he was bought by the Punjab Kings in 2017, his father left his profession.

Career:
Rinku Singh represented his state Uttar Pradesh in all formats under various categories such as Under-16, Under-19 and Under-23. He made his List-A debut at an age of just 16 and scored 83 in his debut game.
In 2016, he made his first-class debut for his state in the Ranji Trophy 2016-17 season. His performances in domestic cricket impressed the IPL franchises and he was bought by Punjab Kings ahead of IPL 2017.
Since they did not need his service, he was released and bought by Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2018. He did not get enough opportunity to showcase his skills with the bat and ball. However, he always jumps into the field whenever the team needs him as a substitute fielder.
He was the top scorer for his team in the Ranji Trophy 2018-19 season. Rinku scored 953 runs in just 10 games at a whopping average of 48. Ahead of IPL 2022, Kolkata Knight Riders at a price of INR 55 Lakh.
Since KKR was struggling to find a good batting lineup, he was included in the playing eleven. During the game against Rajasthan Royals, he impressed everyone by playing a match-winning knock of 42 off just 23 deliveries.
