Shrihan joined Indian Navy and worked for three years after completing his education. He then left his job to start his career in acting. In 2015, he was a part of a short film, Chari Lover of Sravani.
However, he came into spotlight for his appearance in the short film, Software Bichhagadu. He then got an opportunity to work in the ETV Plus channel. Shrihan featured in the web series such as Ammai Cute Abbai Naatu and Pitta Goda.
His other notable short films and web series are Mass Girl Friend, Nana Kuchi, Lockdown Love, Pulihora Rani, Madam Sir Madam Anthe and Ram Leela Web Series. In 2022, he participated the popular reality show, Bigg Boss Telugu 6 as a contestant.
