She also has a sister named Parvathy Nambiar who is working as an actress in the Malayalam film industry. Vinay is graduated in hospitality specializing in Hotel Administration and Bar Management.

Career
Vinay Madhav joined as an Outlet Manager at Al Rahmania Catering LLC in the UAE in 2009. In 2013, he moved to the US to work as Food and Beverage Specialist at Oceania Cruises.
After working for 2 years in the US, he returned to Kerala to work as Hotel Operations Manager/Acting General Manager at Malabar Escapes Pvt. Ltd in Kochi. In 2018, he worked as a Camp Manager at The Ultimate Travelling Camp in Delhi before moving to Kerala in 2020. In August 2021, he went to Delhi again to resume his position as a Camp Manager at The Ultimate Travelling Camp.
He came into the limelight when he won the “Mammootty The Best Actor Award” in a television show that aired on Asianet. Vinay gained more popularity when he entered Bigg Boss Malayalam, hosted by Mohanlal.
