Director Siva, a prominent filmmaker of Kollywood who is well known for his commercial successes at the box office. He is popularly recognized for working with top actors in the Tamil film industry including Ajith Kumar and Rajinikanth.
He started his career as a cinematographer and worked in a few Tamil and Telugu movies before upgrading himself as director. He made his directional debut in Telugu Souryam with Ravi Teja in the lead role. Later he debuts in Tamil with Karthi in Siruthai which is an official remake of SS Rajamouli’s Viramakudu.

Director Siva Filmography Journey & Verdict:
Siva’s first movie as a director with Gopichad for a film Souryam released in 2008, film turned out as a success in the box office and the director made his first Hit in a directional hit. Later he worked with the same actor for Sankham (2009) which verdict as Average. In 2011, he back to Tamil for his first movie Siruthai which was led by Karthi. The movie is a massive hit and does good business at the box office.
Siva joined with Star Tamil actor Ajith Kumar for Veeram released in 2014. The movie garnered a huge response from the audience and fans of Thala which made it a huge hit. Ever since the release of Veeram, the due worked back to back three consecutive projects Vedalam, Vivegam, and Viswasam.
Among them Vedalam and Viswasam turned out to a super hit movies, however, Vivegam has not fulfilled the expectations of the audience. After making four back-to-back movies with Ajith, Siva finally decided to work with other leaders and this time even bigger. In 2021, Siva directed Superstar Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe released on Diwali.
